What types of legal questions can I submit?
You can submit questions about Dutch contract law, employment law, litigation, and other areas of Dutch civil law. The Institute provides general legal information and can refer you to a qualified lawyer in the Netherlands.
How long does it take to receive a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days. Complex questions that require further research may take longer.
Can I attach documents to my inquiry?
The contact form allows you to upload documents in PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, and PNG format. Each file may be up to 5 MB in size.
Is my personal information kept confidential?
All personal data submitted through the contact form is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
